Out of School Hours Care
Saint Mark’s Coptic Orthodox College partners with Jazzy Juniors to provide a caring, flexible, and fun Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service for families. Whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays, Jazzy Juniors offers a safe, nurturing environment where students can relax, play, and grow through developmentally appropriate activities.

A Welcoming, Play-Based Environment
At Jazzy Juniors, children are valued as individuals and active participants in their own learning. The program is designed to support students’ social, emotional, and physical development through a combination of structured and spontaneous activities. Strong relationships between staff, children, families, and the school community are at the heart of the centre’s philosophy.

Program Offerings & Operating Hours
All care programs are conveniently run on-site at the College:
- Meals provided
- Breakfast (7:00 – 8:00 am)
- Afternoon Tea (3:15 pm)
- Daily fresh fruit and vegetables

How to Enrol
To enrol your child at Jazzy Juniors:
- Complete the online application form Apply Here.
- Upload your child’s immunisation certificate and any medical action plans.
- Submit the form and bring any additional paperwork to the Centre Director.
- You’ll be notified via email once your child’s enrolment is confirmed or placed on a waiting list.
Annual Registration Fee: $25 per child (non-refundable)
Family Fee Bond: $100 per family (refundable upon withdrawal, if all fees are settled)

Excursion/Incursion fees apply where relevant.
Late Pickup Fee: $2 per minute, per child, after closing time.
Payment Method: All payments are made via Child Care Easy Pay, debited weekly from your nominated account. AMEX and Diners Club not accepted.
Declined transactions will incur a $10 administration fee.
Bookings & Cancellations
Permanent Bookings
- Guarantee a secured place each week
- Charged even if your child is absent (to keep your spot secured)
- Changes require 2 weeks’ written notice via enrolments@jazzyjuniors.com.au
Casual Bookings
- Preferred 24 hours in advance
- Subject to availability
- Great for flexible care needs
Medical & Safety Information
- Medical Action Plans
If your child has asthma, anaphylaxis, allergies or a medical condition, please provide a current management plan signed by your GP, with a recent photo.
- Sun Smart Policy
We provide sunscreen when UV levels are high. If your child has sensitivities, please supply your own with written instructions.
