Lead & Survive Program
Building confident, capable student leaders through challenge, service, and growth.
Leadership at Saint Mark’s is about more than a title, it is about character, service, and the ability to positively influence others. The Lead & Survive Program is a two-day leadership induction experience that equips student leaders with the skills, mindset, and confidence to lead with purpose.
Through a combination of workshops, collaborative challenges, and outdoor learning, students develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and build practical leadership capabilities that extend beyond the classroom.

Student Leadership at Saint Mark’s
Leadership is nurtured at every stage of a student’s journey.
At Saint Mark’s, students are given opportunities to grow as leaders through age-appropriate experiences that build confidence, character, and a commitment to service.
Our Leadership Pathway
Junior School (Years 3–6)
Students begin developing leadership through classroom responsibilities, peer support, and participation in camps that build independence, teamwork, and confidence.
Middle Years (Years 7–9)
Students expand their leadership skills through collaborative learning, service opportunities, and co-curricular involvement, learning to communicate effectively and contribute positively to their community.
Senior Years (Years 10–12)
