The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in the effective management of the College’s financial, operational, and administrative functions. Working collaboratively with the Head of College, Leadership Team, staff, and external stakeholders, the Business Manager supports the achievement of the College’s strategic objectives through financial stewardship, resource management, and operational leadership.

Through strategic financial management, effective resource planning, and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Business Manager plays an important role in creating an environment where students can flourish and staff are well supported. This leadership helps ensure the College remains well resourced, sustainable, and focused on achieving its vision for excellence.

The Head of Information Technology provides strategic leadership in developing and maintaining the College’s digital infrastructure, ensuring technology enhances teaching, learning, and daily operations. Working closely with staff, students, and external partners, this role oversees the implementation of innovative technologies, cybersecurity, and information systems that support a modern learning environment. With a strong focus on reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement, the Head of Information Technology fosters a culture of digital excellence, empowering the College community through responsive support, effective communication, and future-focused technology solutions.

As College Chaplain, Father George is a cherished member of the Saint Mark’s Coptic Orthodox College Leadership Team. With grace, wisdom, and pastoral care, he nurtures the spiritual life of our College, guiding students and staff in their journey of faith.

Father George leads daily prayers, celebrates the Divine Liturgy, offers spiritual counselling, and provides Christ-centered guidance rooted in the teachings and traditions of the Coptic Orthodox Church. His quiet strength and compassionate presence help shape a school environment where Christian values of love, humility, and service are lived out each day.

He plays a vital role in forming the moral and spiritual foundation of our students—encouraging them to grow not only in knowledge, but in character and relationship with Christ.

By enhancing student culture, fostering accountability, and building a sense of belonging through respectful relationships and positive communication, the Dean of Students helps shape a supportive and inspiring school environment.
